If you're having second thoughts about your order, purchases made within 30 days can be returned or exchanged.
Return Policy
Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags attached, in original packaging (if applicable).
For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on underwear unless the garment is faulty.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up 7 days for our warehouse to process your return upon receipt.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on SAISEI. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
