Once an order is placed, our fulfilment process begins immediately, making changes and cancelations difficult to accommodate. We do offer complimentary returns should you need to exchange or refund any pieces.

All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

Orders ship from the US and not subject to shipping duties. Taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Complimentary returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in original condition, unworn, with tags and labels intact. For hygiene reasons, briefs and thongs are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Visit our Returns Portal here using the same email address from your original order. Simply follow the guided process to arrange your return. Items must remain in their original condition, and refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
