Orders & Shipping
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. If you don’t see it in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
While delivery timelines are estimated and handled by our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our team - we’re here to assist you.
We currently ship within the United States only. To be the first to know when international shipping becomes available, we invite you to sign up for our newsletter.
All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.
As all orders are shipped from within the United States, duties do not apply. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any duties or taxes, where applicable, are non-refundable.
We’re unable to add or modify items once an order has been placed. Be sure to double-check the items you have in your cart before placing your order.
If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to process the cancellation. If you're unable to cancel your items or order within the cancellation window, you can start a return (subject to our Return Policy) once your order arrives.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, this could be due to a few reasons. You may have incorrectly typed your email address when placing the order, there may be a tech delay in confirmation emails, or the order wasn’t successfully placed.
If you’ve waited 24 hours, still haven’t received a confirmation email and you’re unsure whether you’ve successfully placed your order, you can contact us for support. We can confirm whether your order has been placed, but we can’t reissue a confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer complimentary returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, with all tags and labels intact. For hygiene reasons, briefs and thongs are not eligible for return unless they are faulty. Please read more HERE.
To return an item, visit our Returns Portal here using your order number and the email address associated with your original order and follow the guided steps.
Items must be sent back in their original condition. Once received, refunds are processed to your original method of payment.
