Foundations Collection Bundle Offer & Valentine’s Special Offer

These terms and conditions of the promotions entitled: “Foundations Collection Bundle Offer” and “Valentine’s Special Offer” (each a “Promotion” and collectively, the “Promotions” and the “Promotion T&C”, respectively) supplement and incorporate by reference our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and together constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SAISEI Global Inc. (“SAISEI”, “we”, or “us”).

Eligibility

The Promotions are open solely to (i) legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation, and (ii) customers who meet the conditions set forth in these Promotion T&C (collectively, the “Participants”). The Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotions begin at 5:00 a.m. Eastern Time on 3rd of February, 2026, and will continue until further notice (the “Promotion Period”), unless otherwise stated by SAISEI.

1. Foundations Collection Bundle Offer

1. Orders must be submitted and fully processed (including payment authorization) during the Promotion Period and must include three (3) or more eligible items from the Foundations Collection in a single transaction in order to qualify.

2. During the Promotion Period, Participants will receive twenty percent (20%) off the regularly listed price of eligible Foundations Collection items when purchasing three (3) or more items in a single order (the “Foundations Discount”).

3. The Foundations Discount is automatically applied at checkout once qualifying items are added to the cart. No discount code is required.

2. Valentine’s Special Offer (Sitewide)

1. During the Promotion Period, Participants may receive forty percent (40%) off the second product when purchasing two (2) eligible products in a single transaction (the “Valentine’s Discount”).

2. The Valentine’s Discount applies to the lowest-priced eligible item in the order.

3. To qualify, Participants must enter the valid promo code “VDAY” at checkout. Orders placed without the promo code will not receive the Valentine’s Discount.

4. The Valentine’s Special Offer is valid sitewide, unless otherwise noted on specific product pages.

3. Promotion Restrictions & General Conditions

1. Promotions may not be combined with each other or with any other coupon codes, offers, discounts, or promotions, unless expressly permitted by SAISEI in writing.

2. Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, taxes, or shipping.

3. Each Participant may use each Promotion multiple times, in separate orders, during the Promotion Period, provided all conditions for the applicable Promotion are met for each transaction.

4. The Promotions are valid only for online purchases at https://wearesaisei.com and apply solely to orders shipped within the United States.

5. Promotions are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

6. Quantities are limited and subject to availability. Certain products may be excluded; see product pages for details.

7. Eligible items purchased under either Promotion are subject to SAISEI’s standard return and exchange policy. If an item purchased with a discount is returned, any refund will reflect the amount actually paid after application of the applicable discount, and not the original full price.

8. SAISEI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate either Promotion, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, including without limitation in the event of suspected fraud, system malfunction, technical difficulties, or any other causes beyond SaiSei’s reasonable control that interfere with the proper conduct or integrity of the Promotions.

9. By participating in either Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Promotion T&C.
