Promotion Terms & Conditions

1.        These terms and conditions of the promotion entitled: "UP TO 50% OFF” (the “Promotion” and the “Promotion T&C”, respectively) supplement and incorporate by reference our Website Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, and together constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saisei Global Inc. (“SaiSei”, “we”, or “us”).

2.        The Promotion is open solely to (i) legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation, and (ii) customers who meet the conditions set forth in this Promotion T&C (collectively, the “Participants”). The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3.        The Promotion begins at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on November 6, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 10, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

4.        Orders must be submitted and fully processed (including payment authorization) during the Promotion Period to qualify for the Discount.

5.        During the Promotion Period, Participants will receive up to fifty percent (50%) off the regular listed price of all eligible items on the website (the “Discount”). The applicable Discount will be automatically reflected in the shopping cart at checkout. The specific discount percentage may vary by product.

6.        Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases, gift cards, taxes, shipping, or combined with any other offers, discounts or promotions, unless expressly permitted by Saisei in writing.

7.        During the Promotion Period, each Participant may use the Discount multiple times, provided that each time the Participant meets the conditions of the Promotion.

8.        The Promotion is valid only for online purchases at https://wearesaisei.com/, and applies solely to orders shipped within the United States.

9.        The Promotion is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

10.  Quantities are limited and subject to availability. Certain products may be excluded – see product pages for details.

11.  Eligible items purchased under the Promotion are subject to Saisei’s standard return and exchange policy. If an item purchased with the Discount is returned, any refund will reflect the amount actually paid after application of the Discount, and not the original full price.

12.  Saisei reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, including without limitation, in the event of suspected fraud, system malfunction, technical difficulties, or any other causes beyond Saisei’s reasonable control that interfere with the proper conduct or integrity of the Promotion.

13.  By participating in the Promotion, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Promotion T&C.
